CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund for Unused Nights or Early Departure:
Guests who check out early or do not use all their booked nights will not be eligible for a refund. In cases of medical emergencies, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the hotel’s policies and sole discretion.

Voucher Issuance Approval:
The accounts department will approve the release of the confirmed voucher to the operations team only after the full payment has been received. To avoid any delays in voucher issuance, guests must ensure timely payment.

Non-Refundable and Non-Modifiable Bookings:
Once a voucher has been issued, the booking is strictly non-refundable, and no modifications or changes will be allowed. Guests are advised to confirm their travel plans carefully before finalizing their reservation.

Non-Refundable Cancellations:
No refunds will be granted for cancellations resulting from the following:

  • Early departures.
  • Failure to show up at the property.
  • Reduction in the number of rooms after confirmation.

These scenarios are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for reimbursement. This policy ensures transparency regarding refunds and cancellations, enabling guests to plan their bookings with clarity and confidence.
