Reservation Confirmation:
A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are secured only upon receipt of this payment, which must be completed promptly to guarantee your spot.

Voucher Requirement:
A validated booking voucher must be presented during hotel check-in. Guests are responsible for carrying this document to ensure a seamless arrival process. Failure to provide the voucher may result in delays or denial of access.

Check-In/Check-Out Terms:
Standard check-in and check-out timings adhere to the policies of individual hotels. Early check-in or late check-out requests are contingent upon availability and may incur supplementary fees as determined by the property.

Itinerary Adjustments:
The planned itinerary may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events.
  • Operational disruptions (strikes, festivals, traffic delays, flight/hotel overbooking).
  • Sudden closures, weather hazards, or restricted access to sites.
    While we strive to provide comparable alternatives, no refunds or compensation will be issued for changes beyond our control.

Accommodations in hill stations, remote areas, or heritage sites may differ in amenities and ratings compared to urban business hotels. Ratings reflect local context, infrastructure, and property type, not metropolitan benchmarks.
